Your online form is valid for 2 weeks after passing the visit date I.e. if your visit date is in 15 and you miss it than it is valid till 30.

How to get an epassport in Nepal

There are two ways for getting an epassport in nepal

From district administration office

You can apply for epassport from home or by visiting nearby cyber. Daily 100 applicant can apply for epassport from each district. After it reaches 100 applicant then we can no longer apply. It costs around 5000 for this Passport and it takes around 50 days from beginning process to receive your Passport .

By visiting Department of Passport office

This is also known as emergency method. But it takes almost 10 days to receive Passport due to high number of applicants. It usually takes 3 days after your online form is filled. It costs 12000 for this Passport. Daily 1500 applicant are accepted.

Please check your visit time and visit right on time I.e if your visit time in form is 11 AM then you are given priority at 11 AM no matter how long line is.
